H Labs Works ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application "OffLink" ("the App"). This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. About the App
OffLink is a group voice calling application that uses Wi-Fi hotspot and WebRTC technology without requiring an internet connection. Voice data is transmitted locally between devices and is never sent to external servers.

About voice data: Call audio is encrypted using WebRTC (DTLS-SRTP) and is transmitted only between devices on the local network. Voice data is never sent to our servers or any external servers.
2.2 Information Collected by Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, which may independently collect information.
Google AdMob (Advertising)
For ad delivery, Google may collect advertising IDs (Android: AAID), device information, approximate location, and app usage data.
Collected data may be used to deliver personalized advertisements.
The App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication to identify sessions without linking to personal identity. No account creation or email/password is required.
Group membership information (group ID, display name, FCM token) is stored in Cloud Firestore to enable push notifications. Data is automatically deleted when you leave a group or uninstall the App.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) is used to deliver call invitation notifications when the App is in the background.
The App uses Android's location permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION) to control Wi-Fi hotspot functionality and retrieve SSID information. This permission is required by the Android OS for Wi-Fi-related APIs and is not used to track, record, or transmit your geographic location.
4. Camera
The App uses camera permission for QR code scanning. Images captured by the camera are used solely for QR code analysis and are not stored or transmitted.
5. Microphone
The App uses microphone permission for group voice calls. Recorded audio is transmitted in real-time only to members on the same local network and is never recorded or stored on any device or server.
6. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:
Information described in Section 2.2 is automatically transmitted to Google AdMob for ad delivery.
When required by law.
With your consent.
7. Advertising Opt-Out
If you prefer not to receive personalized ads, you can change your settings:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
8. Data Retention and Deletion
All data stored directly by the App (username, group information, points) is saved on your device only.
Uninstalling the App will delete all local data.
For data collected by Google AdMob, please refer to Google's privacy policy for deletion options.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or on this page.
